Return Policy

I work hard to have clear and accurate photos, but colour nuances cannot be captured perfectly by digital media and vary from screen to screen. If you just aren't sure about the art or its colours, I will be happy to send more photos with close ups. Please be sure you love the art before you purchase it as I cannot accept a return if it doesn't match or you change your mind.

If you received the wrong item, or a painting or print is damaged during shipping, I can work out a return and refund with you.

In the case of receiving a damaged print or painting, I have a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, I will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Once a return is received and found without damage your refund will be issued. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
